Riveting machine seal replacement process:
1. Unscrew the two fixing screws of the junction box of the riveting machine spindle motor, remove the plastic cover of the junction box, and remove the three power cables.
2. Unscrew the fixing screws of the motor protection cover of the riveting machine, and then remove the motor protection cover from bottom to top. Remove the motor draft shield.
3. Remove the three connecting screws of the riveter motor and the cylinder, and then remove the motor. If it is difficult to remove the motor from the riveter, use a screwdriver to support the inner wall of the motor screw assembly hole (don't touch the threads), then hit it with a hammer to roll it first, then pull it out (note that the coupling The device and key will not be lost)).
4. Remove the black screw sleeve (fine adjustment screw sleeve) on the upper part of the red stopper, then remove the lower cylinder sleeve (the part that fits with the thread), and completely remove the 6 screws. At this point, the piston can be removed.
5. Turn on the power switch, then place your hand on the oil pump start switch and the oil pump stop switch. After pressing the oil pump switch, press the oil stop button. After repeated jogging, a small amount of hydraulic oil is pressed into the upper cylinder block of the hydraulic cylinder. In this way, the piston and the entire shaft structure will move down under the action of oil pressure. Observe the motor unit section. Stop the oil pump if the first seal ring in the cylinder is exposed.
6. Because oil will leak during the process of disassembling the piston, an oil basin is placed on the riveting machine table to accommodate the leaking hydraulic oil. During disassembly, no oil will spill out. Place a clean piece of wood in the oil pan and place a soft rubber or cotton yarn over it to prevent the tissue from falling out of the cylinder and dropping damaged parts. Along with the contacts of the foot switch of this riveter, the riveter circuit is always on. The solenoid valve is always on, the riveter cannot be reversed, the foot switch needs to be checked by turning the multimeter on and off.
